Radesh Naidoo

As a father of four, finding time for self-care, working out, and eating healthy (especially with picky eaters) was a daily challenge! In 2017 I was overweight, on medication for high cholesterol, and not making the best dietary choices. I decided I had to make a lifestyle change. Today, I am a healthy weight, off all medications, eating clean, and in the best shape of my life, physically and emotionally. With my personal success I was driven to help others with the struggles I, too, had faced. I became a NASM certified personal trainer and made a mid-life career change from finance to the fitness industry. I have been a trainer at The Edge Fitness Clubs, the YMCA and 9Round Kickboxing. The thing I enjoy most about my career change is helping clients meet their health and fitness goals. My training methods include high intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance training, and guidance for making better lifestyle choices. It is always “you versus you” out there, but I am here to make that journey with you.
