Exercise goes beyond just losing weight. The benefits of exercise are numerous and varied. It reduces the risk of developing diseases, strengthens bones and muscles, and is an amazing tool to help manage mental health and emotional wellbeing.
What to expect:
This is a 30 minute workout combining both cardio and strength training.
There are no scheduled class times. The circuit is set up to be convenient for people with busy lifestyles. Your workout begins within minutes of you walking in the door.
The circuit consists of 4 stations. Each station is comprised of 3 exercises. You will rotate through each exercise 3 times before moving on to the next station.
The workout changes daily so you will never be bored.
A certified personal trainer will demonstrate the exercises, monitor your form and provide motivation.
Exercises will be modified or substituted to fit all fitness levels. Let your trainer know if you have any injuries or if you feel uncomfortable performing an exercise.
